Rory is one of the UK’s leading technology lawyers, having led practices at Baker McKenzie and Bird & Bird. Rory has acted on several hundred transactions in the UK, US and globally, with values exceeding $50 billion. He is described in professional directories as “leading the pack” and “tough to come up against.” His practice covers corporate and commercial work, principally in the technology sector, including outsourcing and procurement deals, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Rory’s clients include New York Stock Exchange-listed tech businesses to early-stage tech companies. Rory is a law graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge. He is also General Counsel to Jersey’s Competition and Telecoms Regulator.
