Robert is a lawyer, coming from a major city law firm, and has over 20 years of experience. He specialises in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property matters, working with a wide range of clients, and having advised major UK retailers, restaurants, business and industrial park owners and public bodies. He has particular expertise in landlord and tenant issues (including leases, licences, re-gearing and variations, security of tenure, and end of term liabilities), buildings and portfolio management, commercialisation of real estate, land and estates management, major projects, operational risk management and developing and implementing operational processes, protocols and training.
