Laura is a commercial lawyer with over 17 years’ experience including at Slaughter & May and GSK. Her experience spans a diverse range of industries and she is equally at home in large multinationals and fast-paced start-ups. Laura specialises in commercial contracts and has a breadth of experience supporting companies in all areas of law as well as corporate governance.
