Louise is a senior corporate lawyer, advising on the full range of corporate and corporate finance transactions (capital raisings and listings), public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, ESG, and risk management. Louise was previously a partner at Allen & Overy LLP and Pinsent Masons LLP.

Louise has extensive experience in advising on all corporate transactions. She has excellent project management skills and a pragmatic and commercial style. She has the confidence to challenge the status quo whilst delivering robust advice sensitively and with a collaborative approach. She is also a first-tier Tribunal Judge, (hearing immigration and welfare benefits appeals), and a director of Pembroke VCT PLC, the main market-listed investment trust. She is also Vice-Chair and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of Women’s Pioneer Housing, which provides affordable accommodation for vulnerable women.
