Our Story
Founded in 2018, Aria Grace Law CIC was created to overhaul the traditional legal market from a lack of diversity, inclusion, equality, transparency, and equal pay. We have grown from 1 lawyer and 2 clients to over 40 lawyers and 500 clients.

​We support our lawyers by providing them with 90% of their fees, which is significantly higher than what other law firms offer. This innovative approach allows our lawyers to deliver their best work while charging less, ultimately enabling the firm to provide high-quality legal services to a wider range of clients.

This means that we provide top-quality legal services that are comparable to those offered by the most prestigious law firms, but at a more reasonable cost, ensuring that our clients from all walks of life, including those who may not have access to top-tier legal services, receive the support they need.

Lindsay Healy founded Aria Grace Law at the end of 2018. He is a corporate lawyer who spent his first 20 years working at Norton Rose Fulbright and latterly at Xchanging PLC/CSC, a FTSE 250 company.

He specialises in corporate and commercial legal advice, mergers and acquisitions, funding, complex outsourcing, UK & EU General Data Protection Regulation, technology deals, business process outsourcing, software as a service, employment law, insurance, commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, distributor agreements and reseller agreements.

His vision for Aria Grace Law CIC is to continue growing with top-quality lawyers, focusing on excellent client solutions, while generating increasing profits, all of which are donated to charities. As the company's number of lawyers and clients increases, so too will the funds available for charity. Aria Grace Law CIC has donated several thousands of pounds to charity to date.
